Sangseok Lee is a data scientist with a background in HR/People analytics who previously worked at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation), a major utility company in South Korea. At KEPCO, Lee held roles as a People Analyst Director and People Analyst, where he focused on using data-driven insights to improve workforce planning, retention, performance, and organizational culture. He played a significant role in developing predictive models for employee turnover and implemented a chatbot recruiter using Natural Language Processing (NLP), achieving substantial cost savings for the company.
Lee later pursued further education and now works in the field of computational culture and data science, with interests in organizational analytics, machine learning, and data visualization.
